On 17 April 2026, Nasscom announced the fourth cohort of its GenAI Foundry programme, inducting 33 high-potential generative AI startups from across India. Responsible AI Labs is proud to be one of them.

RAIL sits in the trust and safety layer for the GenAI stack: measure, monitor, and mitigate bias in AI systems through the RAIL Score and AI governance audits. Joining the Foundry puts us alongside startups building across enterprise tech, fintech, healthtech, edtech, media, consumer and retail, and legal.

About the GenAI Foundry

The Nasscom GenAI Foundry was initiated in October 2023. Across its first three cohorts it has supported more than 100 startups and facilitated over 530 investor and enterprise touchpoints. Per Nasscom's own survey of participating startups:

  • More than half report average revenue over $50K.
  • 17 are bootstrapped, highlighting founder-driven growth.
  • More than 20 are actively raising, with a median target of $1.7M. In aggregate, 37 cohort startups are raising a combined $120M.
