Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to coordinate and drive our product development efforts. You'll be the connective tissue between our research, engineering, and business teams, ensuring projects ship on time, technical decisions are well-documented, and stakeholders stay aligned.

You'll manage the roadmap for our AI evaluation platform, coordinate cross-functional initiatives like enterprise integrations and compliance features, and help establish the processes that let a fast-moving startup operate with the rigor our mission demands.

This role is perfect for someone who thinks in systems, communicates clearly, and is energized by the challenge of bringing responsible AI products to market.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product development roadmap, coordinating priorities across research, engineering, and business teams
• Lead sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives for cross-functional project teams
• Define project scope, milestones, and success criteria for major initiatives
• Identify risks and dependencies early, proactively developing mitigation plans
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Track and report on project metrics, velocity, and delivery timelines
• Help establish and refine development processes as the team scales
• Coordinate external partnerships, enterprise pilots, and integration projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical project management or product management experience
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Technical literacy: ability to understand API designs, data pipelines, and ML concepts at a working level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Notion, or similar)
• Track record of shipping products on time in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI/ML product development
• Background in developer tools or B2B SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, or regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing remote, distributed teams across time zones
